（HNBR） 氢化丁腈橡胶具有良好耐油性能（对燃料油、润滑油、芳香系溶剂耐抗性良好）；并且由于其高度饱和的结构，使其具良好的耐热性能，优良的耐化学腐蚀性能（对氟利昂、酸、碱的具有良好的抗耐性），优异的耐臭氧性能，较高的抗压缩*变形性能HNBR的耐高温性为130～180℃,耐寒性为-55～-38℃且机械性能优良,与其它聚合物相比更能满足汽车工业的要求。用ZnO/甲基丙烯酸(MAA)补强的HNBR可制作三角带、等规三角带、多用三角环的底层胶、隔振器等;也可制备密封圈、密封件,耐热管等。其中用HNBR做成的同步带可以直接使用MA 6255，改善制品的光泽度，HNBR过氧化物的模压件，可以使用MAC 1193产品，一次喷涂，可以多次脱模，不会有残留。特种胶脱模剂
